Milliner House, Victoria Street
Our Milliner House project is an Office to Residential scheme creating 109 apartments in the city centre of Bristol and CM Drylining Ltd have been working closely with us during the construction phase since August 2016; on a supply and fix sub-contract order value of 659k.
During the course of the project I have found them professional, cost competitive, proactive with regards to programme, vocal at design and progress meetings and to have a positive approach to H&S which has led to zero incidents or accidents.
As a direct result of their performance to date we have placed CM Drylining Ltd on our supply chain as a "Contractor of Choice" for future projects.
I therefore have no hesitation in providing this professional reference for CM Drylining Ltd
Plymouth Royal Eye Infirmary
The project is a steel frame over four floors with a Metsec type top floor, the package let to CM Drylining Ltd was over a million pounds, it consisted of SFS internal leaf covered with weather board creating a cavity, top floor frame and cassettes forming the roof and the forming of all of the internal studwork walls with various fire and sound rated plasterboard. I was not keen on using a company so far from plymouth but would definatley use them again.
The finish to the tape and joint walls were the best I have seen in my 38 years in the industry.
Following the recent AXA Risk Control Survey at the above location, I confirm that there are no Requirements or Recommendations arising. Please find the enclosed rradar leaflet which outlines some extra benifits available to you.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your time and hospitality during my visit.
